SESSIONS OF PARTICIPATION
PROGRAM AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES
8 one-week sessions of participation are envisaged:
The basic weekly program for each session is as follows:

Sunday: arrival and getting settled

Monday: training and acquaintance
-
From Tuesday through Saturday: collection, sale and social entertainment

During the week, half a day will be devoted to training and half a day to rest and free time
-
Saturday evening: there will be a party and/or musical event (to be confirmed)

Sunday morning: departure
The daily activities will include:

advertising the initiative by distributing leaflets and posters
-
collection of secondhand material (furniture, clothing, books, appliances, various objects) house-to-house
-
selection, sorting and sale of the materials collected at a structure that will be used as a warehouse and market for secondhand goods
-
social entertainment in the neighbourhoods of the city hosting the volunteers
-
preparation and performance of a range of events
The activity will be completed by training periods during the week
To participate as a volunteer
in the camp of Palermo you must
-
be over 18
-
assess your psychological and physical ability to perform the activity and adapt to the camp life and difficult climatic conditions (it will be very hot)

share the aims of the camp and be prepared to participate with strong commitment
-
read the important information and sign the conditions for participation
-
fill out and submit the registration form
-
send the bank transfer for 30 euros as your contribution for participation
